Kilgore was tasked to perform major mechanical and plumbing work for a new multifamily project in the heart of Houston.
The Hanover Autry Park, is the new high-rise multifamily project turned into a 24-story apartment building featuring 324 luxury apartment units. In addition, the high rise connects to a 7-story parking garage and 27,000 SF of new retail space.
The initial phase of a 14-acre mixed-use development named Autry Park District, is located in along Allen Parkway a few minutes from Houston downtown. Phase-I of the residential project was completed fall of 2021.

Kilgore was responsible for the installation of the mechanical system, ductwork and HVAC units. On the plumbing side, Kilgore installed prefabricated batteries, water, sewer, and storm lines. The construction work was carried out in multiple phases through out each level of the building.
The three-phase masterplan of the multifamily project will include five towers encompassing 1,450 residential units, 100,000 square feet of select retail, and 350,000 square feet of office space.
