Kilgore Industries has been named a 2021 Top Workplace by the Houston Chronicle. The awards were celebrated on November 11th at the Omni Hotel near Houston Galleria.
Kilgore, an MEP specialty contractor, was ranked 53rd among midsize companies in the Houston metro area. According to the Houston Chronicle, more than 240 companies participated in the award program. The contest is possible thanks to a partnership with workplace research and Energage.
Companies in the Houston area with more than 50 employees can participate. The award process starts with sending employees a 24-questions confidential survey focusing on salary, benefits, leadership, work-life balance, organizational landscape, and job expectations.
