With a rich family heritage in mechanical contracting and a combined 40 years of experience, Ken and Jeff Kilgore were committed to setting a new standard of quality, service and customer satisfaction in the industry. Recognizing that the Houston market was ready for advancement, Jeff and Ken strived to create a premier commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical firm that would change the landscape of the Houston area construction and service market.

Jeff and Ken start Kilgore Industries as a commercial mechanical contractor.  Located in a single room office in south Houston.

2002
Plumbing Division Added

The company's expansion begins by adding a plumbing division.

2006
Added Interiors Division

Exceeded $25M in annual revenues.

2008
Moved to Houston Oaks HQ's

Exceeded $50M in annual revenues.

Electrical Division Added

To the request of many general contractors.

Acquisition

Acquired American Comfort Systems and Integrity Air.

Purchased Multifamily group to service the growing high rise residential market.

Multifamily Division Added
